I'm not going to pretend that tug.com is bigger then it is. It is run by me, Andrew Beattie, with the assistance and hard work of my wife, Kathleen,
I tend to be on-line a lot of the time, and try to respond to queries quickly but I have to sleep some time.
There are Lots of different ways to get hold of me:

Clubhouse - Ckubhouse is voice-only and only available on my phone. I don't think it is suitable. Let me know if I should be using it.

TikTok - I don't think that TikTok is suitable for person-to-person communication. Please let me know if I should be using it.

- Old School. Send a message to ask for the address. We don't really do birthday cards or Christmas cards.
- Parcel
- If you need to send me a parcel, please contact me first. I have an accounts with UPS and DHL and it may be cost effective for me to send you a lable.

- Face to face on the kite field
- Strongly ENCOURAGED. On the field, ask any kite flier if they know where I am. Most fliers will have a good idea. If they don't know who I am, you're not talking to a kite flier. Send me a message to find out if I am at your local event. Arrange in advance if you want me to bring a particular kite.
