This was the kite that launched our display kite career - we started with a pink octopus. It has a wonderful swimming motion in the sky. Octopus fliers like to come together to fly huge "Octopile" - as many octopi as they can muster. Last I heard, the record stood at 21 of the giant kites flying together in Berkeley, California.

The latest addition to the rane is the midi XL. This is the Midi octopus with 22m long tentacles.
